The staff was amazing. i especially appreciated the complimentary prosecco upon arrival, it was a good touch. the breakfast, delivered right to my room, was also a wonderful treat and the coffee was AMAZING!!!
The room, while charming, lacked proper clothes storage. This. there was also no tea or coffee provided directly in the room.

The staff was genuinely friendly and always ready to assist (their attentiveness was a standout feature). I found several complimentary items, like Prosecco and cookies. The breakfast was tasty and the hotel delivered it directly to my room.
The soundproofing was not ideal. I could hear footsteps from the room above.

delicious breakfast evening prosecco comfortable bed
the staff delivered breakfast to the room each morning it included fresh fruit yogurt and a croissant they also offer prosecco and snacks each evening there were warm cookies and milk available later at night the bed and pillows were comfortable ensuring restful sleep
the room lacked sufficient storage options like drawers or a wardrobe this made it difficult to organize personal belongings i found it a bit inconvenient

the staff were great and very friendly.
The room was small and lacked a wardrobe, so there was no place to hang clothes. the bathroom was microscopic. There was barely space for a toothbrush. this made it difficult to get ready.
